International Leadership Conference a great success

Courageous Leadership was the theme of the four day conference which took place recently at the Exchange conference centre in Dublin City centre. The international event organised by the RELaY European Leaders Network in conjunction with Tine, brings together predominately Catholic leaders of ministries and communities involved in evangelisation and mission. Over 220 Leaders - Lay, Ordained and Religious shared stories, resources and new insights on four focuses – Christian Reconciliation, Evangelisation, Lay Leadership and Youth ministry. The Rev Nicky Gumbel from Alpha International, Fr Bernard Murphy of the Friars of the Renewal, and Lynn Green, international chairman of Youth With a Mission, shared about the call to model Jesus’ servant leadership to today’s Europe. Over 15 European nations were represented at this international gathering.
